Women’s Fencing
Amanda Rysling (New York University):
Junior Amanda Rysling of New York University turned in an outstanding performance at the Temple Collegiate Fencing Open on Saturday. She competed in the final round of eight and finished in seventh place in a field of 92 competitors in the foil.
Men’s Fencing
Philip Jamesson (New York University):
Freshman Philip Jamesson was the top performer for New York University at the Temple Collegiate Fencing Open in Philadelphia, PA on Sunday. In his first collegiate competition, Jamesson produced a third-place finish in the men’s foil competition. Overall, 101 fencers competed in the weapon.
