UAA Athlete of the Week

Michael Chudacoff (University of Rochester):
Freshman Michael Chudacoff of the University of Rochester won his first collegiate tournament shooting a two-over-par 145 to help the Yellowjackets to a fourth-place finish at the Fred B. Kravetz Invitational. He fired a one-under-par 70 at Oak Hill Country Club on Friday to tie for the lead. On Saturday he shot a three-over-par 75 at Irondequoit Country Club to win the individual title by one stroke. The tournament featured the first- and third-ranked teams in NCAA Division III.

Other Notable Performances

Daniel Kmetz (Emory) posted a 36-hole score of 150 to finish 14th at the Emory Spring Invitational last week… David Su (NYU) finished second with a score of 148 to help the Violets win the Johnson & Wales Spring Invitational… Charles Sacks (Brandeis) helped the Judges to a sixth-place finish at the Johnson & Wales Spring Invitational.  Sacks shot a 159 to finish tie for 14th-place.
