UAA Athlete of the Week

MMLee Bloom (Brandeis): The sophomore was the top individual scorer for the Judges in three invitational meets during the week.  He tied for medalist honors (losing in a one-hole playoff) with a two-under-par 70 at the Jack Barry Invitational hosted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, finished tied for 14th-place with a score of 80 at the Worcester State College Sterling Invitational, and shot a 77 to finish in a tie for ninth place at the Johnson and Wales University (RI) Spring Invitational.



Honor Roll

MMAdam Krainson (NYU): The senior, playing in his final collegiate match placed fourth out of 57 golfers with a two-over-par 74 at the St. Peter’s College Invitational in Neshanic Station, NJ.  Krainson was two shots off the lead as the Violets, the lone NCAA Division III team in the 12-team, mostly Division I field, finished third.
