The championship tournament is single elimination competition among all eight teams with a consolation bracket. The teams are seeded based on their match and set records in the regular season round robin. The seeding for this year's championship is as follows:

4. Case Western Reserve University
5. Carnegie Mellon Univeristy
6. University of Rochester
7. Brandeis University
8. NYU (Due to travel conditions, NYU is unable to attend Championship)
